*Amish-white-bread*



I receive this recipe from friend. It is very simply & fast.

* Ingredients

° 1/2 liter of lukewarm water (110 F / 45 C)
° 170ml cup contains white sugar
° 1 1/2 tablespoons active dry yeast
° 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 60 liters of vegetable oil
° 1.5 liters contains bread flour
 
* Preparation

In a large bowl, dissolve sugar in lukewarm water, then add yeast. Permit yeast stand to it resembles creamy foam.
Combine the salt and oil with the baking powder, mixing the flour one cup at a time, and bake the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth, then put it in a well greased bowl and turn the dough over to cover, covering with a damp cloth; Let it rise, double, about 1 
Knead the dough down, take it for a few minutes, divide it in half, form loaves of bread and put them in two oiled tins measuring 23x13 cm. Let to rise about 76 minutes or to dough rises 1 inch (2.5 cm) above moulds.
Bake at 170° (175°C) for 30 minutes.
