Lemon-butter-baked-shrimp



Do you have half a lemon left? This is what we will do with it.


* Ingredients :

° 1/2 lemon, quarters
° 15 ml (1 tsp) vegetable oil
° 1 red-pepper, seeded & diced
° 450 gm shrimp with or without tail, peeled and deodorized (20-30)
° 1 clove minced garlic
° 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground pepper flakes
° 1 green onion, thinly sliced
° 30 ml (2 tablespoons) butter

*Preparation:

In a large skillet over high heat, saute the lemon slices in the oil until well caramelized.
Add pepper and continue cooking for one minute. Adding shrimp, garlic also hot pepper. Continue cooking for two minutes.
Add green onions and butter. Cook until the butter melts, stirring to coat the shrimp. Salt and Pepper.
