Roasted Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce

Roasted cauliflower keeps in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.

* Ingredients
° 2 tbsp. melted butter
° 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
° 1 chopped onion
° Salt and pepper from the grinder
° 4 1/2 ounces Le Maitre cheese, cut into cubes
° 1 c. minced fresh thyme

* Preparation :
oven method
Heat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
In  baking tray, blend jointly the butter, broccoli, & onions. Season with salt and pepper, then stir well before putting the vegetables in the dish.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
barbecue method
Heat the grill over a medium heat.
In a bowl, mix together butter, cauliflower florets, and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper, then stir well.
Put a large aluminum foil on the grill and spread the vegetables on it.
Cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
When the cauliflower florets are tender and colorful, garnish with cheese and leave to melt for 2 minutes. Served garnished with fresh thyme.
