Taco Casserole


* Ingredients
° 450g (1lb) medium fat ground beef
° Taco seasoning 1 sachet 39 g
° 3 tomatoes cut into cubes
° Beans black1 can 540ml, washed & drained
° Vegetable mix for chili 500 ml (2 cups)
+ It also offers:
° 1 liter (4 cups) cooked white rice
° 45 ml (3 tablespoons), chopped fresh cilantro
+my choice:
° 1, diced zucchini
° 2 cups (500 ml) shredded Tex-Mex cheese mix

* Preparation

In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Cook the ground beef for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring the meat with a wooden spoon.
Add taco seasoning and tomatoes. The mixture is boiled.
Put the meat mixture in a bowl. Add beans, vegetables, rice, cilantro and, if desired, zucchini. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Let it cool, then cool in the fridge.
Butter a 20 cm (8 in) square baking dish, then transfer the meat mixture to it. surface leveling. If desired, sprinkle with cheese.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and foil. Put it in the freezer.
The day before the meal, let the gratin thaw in the refrigerator.
When you're ready to bake, preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
Remove the aluminum foil and the plastic wrap from the pan. Bake 30 to 35
