These spicy shrimp & steak Ramen


Pepper is not on the menu. Why filter? Poorly written and mixed recipe, hard to understand.



* Ingredients


° 120 grams of ramen

° 16 large shrimp

° 1 small piece of fresh ginger

° 1 small hot pepper

° 1 onion

° 1 clove garlic

° 10 spreads of chives

° 1 tbsp. spoon of oil

° 1 tablespoon soy sauce

° 80 cl oyster broth

* Preparation steps


Peel and chop ginger, pepper, onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onions, stirring, for two minutes over a medium heat.

Add ginger, chili and garlic, mix and pour into the broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then add the ramen and cook for the duration indicated on the package.

Meanwhile, peel the shrimp, leaving the tail for show. Using a small knife, slash the back a little and remove the hose.

Add shrimp to skillet and cook for 2 minutes, add chopped chives, mix and serve hot.
