CHEESESTEAK EGG ROLLS


Everyone-appreciate delicious dinner steak also cheese, & everyone enjoys delicious egg rolls. 

*Ingredients :


° 2 pounds of sirloin.

° 12 egg rolls.

° 12 slices of provolone cheese.

° A tablespoon of olive oil.

° 1 yellow onion, cut to thin slices.

° Two medium-sized sweet peppers, cut into thin slices.

° 2/3 cup vegetable oil + 2 extra tablespoons.

 
• In season, I used:

The salt is kosher.

° Freshly ground black pepper.

° 1 teaspoon of oregano.


• To apply:

° Ketchup sauce.

° mayonnaise.


Let's put it together:

 
» Step 1 - Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Then add the sliced ​​onions and peppers, season with salt and pepper, then cook until soft, 10 minutes.

»Step Two - Make sure you put the cooked vegetables on one side of the pan and put 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil on the other side.

»Step 3 - Immediately cook the steaks in the oil mixture, season with dried oregano, kosher salt, and black pepper, and fry for a few minutes.

»Step 4 - Then stir for five minutes, or until fully cooked. Mix until combined, then remove from the heat, beat and set aside.

»Step 5 - For this steps, using  smooth diamond-shaped base, & placing slice of cheese also  spoonful  steak mixture. You must bend half roll to the end also then fold it tightly from ends.

»Step 6 - Then roll it gently with a few drops of water and fix it. After that, repeat the procedure with the rest of the meat and vegetables.

 
»Step 7 - Ok, make sure the remaining oil is heated, the pan should be 1 inch high, over medium heat in a wide skillet, until bubbles start to appear in it.

 
»Step 8 - After the egg rolls are done from frying, add them and fry for 1 minute per hand, or until golden; Let them cool down until serving.
