°1 base puff pastry or shortbread
°°5 or 6 onions
°2 chicken cutlets
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°2 eggs
°20 cl of light liquid cream
°1 handful grated Emmental
° Salt and pepper from the grinder

* Preparation :

Cut the onions into slices and fry them in a little olive oil.
Chicken is cooked in a frying pan without adding fat.
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Put the dough in a mold and prick it.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the cream, Emmental, salt and pepper. When the onions and chicken have cooled, spread them over the base of the pastry.
Pour the quiche mixture over it.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C
