GOULASH RECIPE



Travel to the United States with this popular recipe made with ground beef, pasta, tomatoes, herbs, and cheese. Part of comfort food, American goulash is an American comfort food. It's quick and easy to prepare like pasta in one bowl.

* Ingredients :

° 500 grams of minced meat 15% fat, that is, 5 slices of meat
° 1 large yellow onion
° 1 red pepper
° 2 garlic cloves
° 1 can of chopped tomato pulp 400 g
° 20 cc of tomato coulis
° 70 gm of tomato paste
° 300gm of Barilla noodles here, 7 minutes of cooking on the package
° 15 milliliters of soy sauce
° 1 teaspoon salt
° pepper
° A teaspoon of sweet pepper
° 10 grams of Mexican spice mix
° 30 cl of water
° 150gm freshly grated cheddar cheese
 
* Directions :

Washing peppers, removing seeds also cutting them to small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Peel garlic cloves. If ground beef is covered with steak, crumble it up.

Preheat pasta in browning mode. Then add olive oil, onion, garlic cloves and pepper. Let it fry for 1 minute. Then add the meat and cook for 3 minutes, stirring.
Add tomato pulp, tomato cole, tomato puree, soy sauce, mix well and cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
Adding: pasta, paprika/ Mexican spices, salt, pepper // water. Blend all well (it goes well to bottom of the tank) and start the pressure (or fast) cooking mode for 4 minutes.
At the end of cooking, mix well. pasta and minced meat
Serve immediately, covered with shredded cheddar cheese or gratin's version: pour in preparation and cover with cheese (this dish can be prepared in advance, therefore leave to cool for 20 minutes before covering the dish with food film, store at room temperature). Put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C, turn the heat and bake for 21 minutes.
