Bacon Stuffed French Toast

°4 slices of bread
°250 ml (1 cup) grated Swiss cheese
°125 ml sliced ​​strawberry
°4 slices of bacon, cooked and cut into large pieces
°2 large eggs
°125 ml (half a cup) milk
°30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup
°pinch of nutmeg (optional)
°butter for cooking

* Preparation :

Spread half the amount of cheese on two slices of bread, garnish with strawberries and bacon and finish with the rest of the cheese. Close it with two more slices of bread. For reservations.
In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, maple syrup, and nutmeg using a whisk. Dipping sandwiches in egg mix on both sides.
