* Ingredients : 

°1 chicken cut into 8 pieces
°2 eggs
°150 grams of flour
°20 cl milk
°0.5 tbsp. garlic-powder
°fry oil

* Methods 

Beat eggs with a fork with milk. Pour the flour into a plastic bag. Add garlic, 1/2 tsp. of ground pepper and half a teaspoon of salt.
Turning chicken piece to eggs, stored in bag, & shake all round to coat chicken in flour.
Heat 2 cm of oil in  fry pan. Frying chicken pieces about 20 min on a heat, flip them halfway through cooking period. Line it up on absorbent paper. Served with sweet corn.
