Chicken puffs

Delicious chicken croissant, selem/cuckoo my friends!! I serve delicious salty croissants made with leftover chicken (but we can also make it with chicken strips), potatoes, carrots and roasted mushrooms, I just added a little green pepper to give a little more taste to the filling! These salty little croissants are simply good, very crunchy, I advise you to prepare them at the last minute so they keep their crispness!!

* ingredients:

+Dozen of salty croissants
°1 puff pastry
°60 grams of cooked chicken breast (grilled chicken or cutlets for example)
°1 scoop of roasted potatoes/carrots and mushrooms
°1 small capsicum
°2 tablespoons olive oil
°1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of milk until brown
°Provencal herbs and poppy seeds for decoration

Cut the peppers into thin slices and fry for a few minutes in olive oil, stirring constantly
Cut the chicken into small cubes and mash the grilled vegetables coarsely
add pepper
Mix everything well and set it aside
Roll out puff pastry
Partially cut it to get 12 triangles
Place on the edge of each triangle 1 teaspoon of the chicken and potato mixture
Then gently roll the croissant
Put it on the baking sheet
Grease them quickly with yolk + milk
Sprinkle with herbs or poppies
Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees
Croissants should be golden!!!
