°1 piece-butter
°1 clove mince garlic
°1 L heavy cream
°1 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
°2 tablespoons cream cheese
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Make pasta to your liking. In saucepan on medium heat - melting butter, adding garlic & cooking about 2 minutes, & adding heavy cream & cream cheese & heat to boil, but do not boil. Adding Parmesan cheese & mix to cheese melts. Sprinkling with salt & pepper to flavor Blend hot sauce with noodle and serving . Only like an olive garden.
