* ingredients :
°1 can of whole kernel corn
°2 eggs
°salt and pepper
°1/2 C flour
°1 tsp baking powder
°1/2 C shredded cheese
°1 pat butter
°2 tbsp. oil
°1/4 C chop parsley
*Methods :
Straining corn &; discard liquid. Putting eggs, salt & pepper in bowl & whisk. Add flour and baking powder, and beat until smooth.
Add corn and cheese. flip over.
Putting butter & oil in fry pan, heat it to it bubble on heat.
Putting corn blend in a spoon in skillet. While it turning golden & cooking other side. Draining it on absorbent paper & serving .
