* Ingredients :

°300 grams of puree
°2 cloves of garlic
°2 fresh or peeled tomatoes
°1 tablespoon of flour
°One sprinkle of Provence herbs
°30 gm parmesan cheese
°400 grams minced meat
°2 onions
°1 egg yolk
°30 grams butter

Step 1
Chop onions and garlic. Fry them in butter until they become soft.

The second step
Add diced tomatoes, minced meat, flour, salt, pepper and Provence herbs.

Step 3
When everything is cooked, turn off the heat and add the egg yolk and a little Parmesan cheese. Good mixing.

Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7). Spread on the bottom of a gratin dish. Prepare the mash. Spread it over the meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and brown.
