*Ingredients: 4 people
°400 gm mozzarella cheese
°30 cl of milk
°250 g flour
°2 eggs
°Bread crumbs
°oil
* Preparation:
1.
Drain the mozzarella and cut it into thick sticks.
2.
Dip the sticks one at a time in the milk, then in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3.
In a frying pan or deep frying pan, heat some oil and fry the sticks for 1 minute.
4.
Draiin on paper towel & serving with salad.
