* Ingredients : 

°2 c flour
°2 sticks of butter
°2 3 ounces cream cheese
°Pastry filling of your choice

Let the butter and cheese come to room temperature. mix together. Add flour slowly. This gets very thick and will need to use your hands to mix. After mixing, refrigerate for at least an hour. Wrap on 1/8". Cut 2-inch squares. Put the filling on the biscuit on the diameter. Fold the other two corners.

Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes, until golden on the bottom. After it cools down, sprinkle powdered sugar.
