Loaded Potato Balls with Bacon Bits

Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best, and this is the case with this mushroom fries recipe. To tell you the truth at first, I started with a stuffed potato recipe, but when I steamed it, I told myself that in the form of a small toast, it would be original and not bad at all as an accompaniment to meat for example, tempeh or tofu.


°740 grams of potatoes
°150gm Reblochon Farm
°80 grams of mushrooms
°70g bacon
°45 gm yellow onion
°1 clove garlic
°salted yeast
°salt flower

 *instructions :
Brush and wash the potatoes. Then steam for 20-30 minutes, until tender.
Then cut it into slices 1/2 cm thick. Make crisscrosses with the blade of the knife and add a little olive oil and salt.
Arrange them on the baking tray. Add a piece of Reblochon on each.
Peel the onions and cut into slices. Fry them with mushrooms and bacon cut into pieces in olive oil.
Pour this preparation on the reblochon. Sprinkle with salted yeast and bake at 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
