* Ingredients :

°1 (8 oz) Philadelphia cream cheese, smooth cream
° 1/4 c soft butter
° 1 tsp. vanilla
°3/4 c powder sugar
° 1 cracker, finely crush
° 1 oz. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate

* Directions :

Whisk cream cheese, butter, & vanilla in bowl with a blender to mix. add sugar, blend well after every addition.
Freeze it for about an hour or until the cheese mixture is firm enough to handle.
Shape the cream cheese mixture into 40 balls, using a small, rounded spoon. Cream cheese mixture for each ball. lay one layer in a shallow bowl; Cool about 15 minutes. or even a company.
Melt the chocolate according to the instructions on the package, dip the bottom half of the cheese balls, one at a time, into the graham crackers. Place, crumb side down, on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and sprinkle with melted chocolate. Cool for 15 minutes. or even a company.
