One Skillet Lasagna

Long and boring to make lasagna? Not that, because everything is played in the same big skillet. Brown the meat and vegetables before spreading the pasta, tomatoes and cheese in successive layers. After that, all you have to do is put the oven in the oven.

*ingredients :

°2 carrots, finely chop
°2 celery stalks, finely chopped
°1 chopped onion
°2 cloves minced garlic
°(2 tablespoons) olive oil
°454 g (1 lb) ground beef (a mixture of veal, beef, and pork)
°2 strong Italian sausages, meat only
°(2 ½ cups)  tomato sauce
°1 package contains 360 grams of fresh lasagna noodles
°1 can (398 ml (14 oz) chopped tomatoes
°30 ml (2 tablespoons) fresh basil leaves, shredded
°2 cups mozzarella cheese
°475 grams (2 cups) ricotta cheese (see note)
°Salt and Pepper

* Preparation :

Placing-grill in middle oven. Heat oven 180°C (350°F).
In a large 11-inch (28 cm) non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, saute the vegetables in the oil. Add minced meat and sausage meat. Cook, crumbling with a wooden spoon, until it begins to turn brown. Salt and Pepper. Take off the fire. Take half of the mixture and put it in a bowl. For reservations.
Pour 180 ml (½ C) tomato coulis to same pan also mix. Cover with lasagna paper, cutting if necessary. Divided diced tomatoes & basil. Sprinkle 50g (half a cup) of mozzarella cheese. Covering with  layer lasagna, then corned beef mix. Add 180 ml (half a cup) of tomato coulis. Cover with lasagna sheets, then ricotta. Seasoning generously with salt & pepper. Cover with lasagna sheets, remaining tomato cole (250 ml/1 cup) and remaining mozzarella cheese (150 g/1 cup).
Baking for 41 min  cheese is golden brown. Leave it for 10 minutes before serving.
