*Ingredients:
°1 smoked sausage, sliced
°1 onion, peeled and chopped
°5 potatoes, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
°olive oil
° sea salt
°Freshly black pepper
°red pepper
°dried thyme
°Handful cheddar cheese
*Directions :
Heat oven 400 * Fahrenheit.
Lay numerous layers of tin foil on a baking tray (with its sides) and spray with cooking spray. Sit aside.
Put the sausage, onion and potatoes in a bowl. Drizzle some tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika and dried thyme to taste. Flip together along with your hands so the entirety is calmly distributed. Pour it onto the baking tray and unfold it out as an awful lot as possible.
Placing potatoes with warm oven & baking about forty 5 mins to an 1h, stir each 15 mins or so, till the potatoes are golden and tender. Turn off the oven.
Sprinkling cheese on cook meat & potatoes, & switch to oven about couple minutes to soft cheese.
