°1 kg of crispy potatoes
° 4 smoked sausage
° 0.1 onion
°1 butter
° salt
° pepper
* Methods :
Cook the unpeeled potatoes in a large pot of water for 20 minutes. Pre-cook sausages for 16 minutes in boil water.Meanwhile, the onions are peeled and thawed, finely chopped and fried in a little butter until golden brown.Drain potatoes, letting them cool slightly, & peel them & cut them to slices. Drain sausage also & cut it to tranches.
Heat oven 200-210 ° C.
In baking tray, putting half amount of potatoes, sausage also onions. Blend little & then covering with thin tranches reblochon (half). Repeat the process with the other half of the potatoes, sausage, and onions, and cover with the rest of the thinly sliced reblochon. Add salt and pepper.
Baking for 30 to 40 min, cheese must turning brown.
