Potato casserole with cheese and smoked sausage


°1 kg of crispy potatoes
° 4 smoked sausage
° 0.1 onion
°1 butter
° salt
° pepper

* Methods :

Cook the unpeeled potatoes in a large pot of water for 20 minutes. Pre-cook sausages for 16 minutes in boil water.Meanwhile, the onions are peeled and thawed, finely chopped and fried in a little butter until golden brown.Drain potatoes, letting them cool slightly, & peel them & cut them to slices. Drain sausage also & cut it to tranches.

Heat oven 200-210 ° C.
In baking tray, putting half amount of potatoes, sausage also onions. Blend little & then covering with thin tranches reblochon (half). Repeat the process with the other half of the potatoes, sausage, and onions, and cover with the rest of the thinly sliced ​​reblochon. Add salt and pepper.
