Butter pecan cookies 😋

These delicious biscuits are made with just four simple ingredients, which we always have in our ketogenic cupboard. Perfect for people who are in a hurry, and who, like me, appreciate a little sweetness to finish off a greasy meal. No need for a big sweetener, a simple little biscuit with just 1g of carbs to accompany my tea or my coffee makes me so happy. Once cool, the butter cookies will be crunchy.

*ingredients

°425 ml flour
°50 ml (1/4 cup) granulated sugar
°4 ml (1 teaspoon) baking powder
°300 ml (1 1/4 cup) unsalted soft butter
°4 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla

* Preparation:

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
In a small bowl, using a fork, mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
In a medium bowl, whisk together butter and vanilla until creamy.
Gradually add the flour mixture.
If necessary, refrigerate the mixture until it is firm enough to form small balls.
Form into small balls 2.5 cm in diameter.
Arrange on an ungreased cookie sheet, at least 2.5 cm apart.
Decorate each meal with half a pecan.
Bake in the middle of the oven until the cookies are golden (about 6 minutes).
Let it cool on the rack.

Enjoy!
