• 2 pounds of ground beef
• 1 small onion, cut into cubes
• 1 sweet bell pepper, diced (any color will work well!)
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 24 oz beef broth
• 28 oz can diced tomates
• 4 sauce
• 2 store-bought taco seasoning
• 4 oz cream cheese, soft
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 cups cheddar cheese
Fry minced meat, onion and pepper over medium heat until meat is cooked.
Add garlic cloves, beef broth, tomatoes, sauce, and taco seasoning. Set the pot to high pressure for two minutes. Once the cooking cycle is complete, let the pressure release naturally.
Slowly add the soft cheese, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese to the saucepan. Stir until cheese melts and soup mixes.
Serve and garnish with your favorite taco toppings.
• Always use freshly grated cheese! Shredded cheese in packets covered with cellulose (wood pulp) which absorbs moisture and prevents cheese from sticking. Unfortunately, this prevents the cheese from melting properly*. *
• Feel free to make some alternatives. Reserve the onions for flavor, but feel free to add more vegetables. Squash, zucchini, or even shredded cauliflower taste great. jio je Beans and corn are also good (if you're not on the keto diet). Use ground chicken or ground turkey as a meat substitute too**!

Enjoy !
