Dorito Taco Salad has ground beef seasoned with tacos, chopped iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, pinto beans, cheese, and a crunch in every bite of plenty of crushed Dorito chips.   This is a meal the whole family will enjoy and is perfect for the summer months when you want a hearty meal without having to fire up the oven.

* Ingredients : 

°1 pound lean beef
°1 package taco season
°2/3 cup water
°1 head iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced ​​or finely chopped
°1 red bell pepper, diced
°1/2 red onion, finely chopped
°1 can pinto beans, rinse & drain
°1 small can of sliced ​​black olives, drained
°1 cup cherry tomatoes
°1 cup grated Mexican cheese
°1 bottle of Catalina dressing
°2 cups crushed Doritos
°Fresh cream

Cook and shred the ground beef in a large nonstick skillet. Add taco seasoning and water and cook and stir until thickened. Let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, bell pepper, red onion, beans, black olives, tomatoes and cheese.
Add desired amount of Catalina Dressing. I add about 1/2 cup. Add something.
Add Doritos and mix. Serve immediately, adding a tablespoon of sour cream to each serving, if desired.
