famous cream puffs

 



*INGREDIENTS: 4 PERS.

°60g flour
°25g sugar
°3 eggs
°25 cl fresh cream
°250g strawberries
°75g butter
°1 pinch of salt


* PREPERATION :


1.
Preheat the oven to th.7.

2.
Boil 25 cl of water with the butter in pieces, the salt and the sugar.

3.
As soon as it boils, add the flour and stir until the batter is smooth. Add the eggs while stirring.

4.
When the dough forms a ball, place small heaps spaced out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

5.
Bake for 30 mins.

6.
When the puffs are cold, whip the very cold whipped cream and fill the puffs.

7.
Decorate with washed and hulled strawberries.
