Stuffed Cabbage Rolls



*Ingredients (6 people)

°Paprika
°Pepper
°Savory
°Tomato sauce and sour cream
°1 liter of sauerkraut juice and 1 liter of vegetable broth
°750g ground beef
°250g minced pork
°2 eggs
°1 finely chopped onion
°1 large cabbage
°250g rice

* Methods:

Take the large cabbage leaves, removing the tough ribs. Boil them until they soften.

Mix rice, meat, onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Place some of this mixture in each sheet and fold and roll.

In an ovenproof casserole dish, place the pork rind (for flavor) and the remaining cabbage leaves at the bottom. Lay the rolls on it, folds down.

Add tomato sauce, pepper, salt and broth and sauerkraut juice.
Cover and cook in the oven for one hour.
Removing lid and cooking gently for other 1.5 h.
