°1/2 c soy sauce
°1/3 c olive oil
°1 tsp garlic
°2 tsp basil
°1 tsp parsley
°1 tsp black pepper
°1-1/2 lbs Flat iron or sirloin, cut into 1-inch pieces

Put all ingredients in a large ziplock bag except for the steaks. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
Put the steaks inside and close them. Shake gently to coat the steaks completely with the marinade. Placing bag in refrigerator to marinate about at least 3 h or up to 24.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Heat the skillet until it is very hot. Remove the meat from the marinade with a perforated spoon and place in a hot frying pan. Discard the marinade. Cook the steaks to the desired temperature.
Serve warm
