Blueberry Biscuits!!





*Ingredients :

+biscuit
°2 cups flour
°1 cup cold milk
°Half a cup of sugar
°5 tablespoons butter (cold or frozen)
°4 teaspoons baking powder
°1 teaspoon salt
°3 ounces fresh or dried blueberries
+Glaze
°1 cup powdered sugar
°Half a cup of water
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°Half a tsp of lemon juice

* Methods 

Heat oven to 450 degrees F.  Mix the salt, sugar, flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add very cold milk to the dry ingredients and mix.When the dough begins to form, take each tablespoon of  frozen hard butter, break up the pieces and spread them evenly over the dough.

 Fold the dough and knead, repeat until all the butter is distributed in equal pieces throughout the dough. Transfer the dough to a floured cutting board and roll flat to about -thick (or to the desired thickness) and cut out approximately 6 pieces of raspberry biscuits using a biscuit or cookie cutter.   

If you notice that the butter is starting to melt (kitchen hot) during this process, it may be necessary to return the dough to the freezer for 10-15 minutes.Do not exceed 20, as the first stage of yeast may become later. Putting it in oven & baking for 7-12 min. Melting 1 tsp of low-fat butter in microwave, brush finished biscuit with  pastry brush. 

Combine glaze ingredients in a bowl, and pour over raspberry crackers with a fork.
