Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes

*You will need:

°6 slices of bacon
°3 pounds red potatoes
°1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
°1 tablespoon ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
°2 tablespoons minced chives

*Methods  :

1. To begin with, preheat the oven to 400 degrees, then cover the baking tray with aluminum foil.
2. Next, spread the bacon in a single layer on the prepared baking tray and place in the oven and bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until brown and crispy. and please allow to cool down before collapse; Sit aside.
3. Well now you can line a slow cooker with aluminum foil, leaving enough protrusion to coat the potatoes on top, and coat with non-stick spray. Backing, layer potatoes evenly in slow cooker, top with cheese, ranch seasoning, and bacon, repeat two more times, reserving ½ cup cheese.
4. Once cooked, cover the potatoes with aluminum foil and cook over low heat for 7 to 8 hours or over high heat for 3 to 4 hours. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup of the cheese. Make sure to covering & cooking for 1 to 2 min 
5. Serve immediately, garnished with chives.
