Fried-Chicken-Butter




* Ingredients :

°750 g skinless chicken.
°2 eggs, scrambled.
°1 c full fat milk.
°1 c vegetable oil.
°2 c of flour.
°1 tablespoon of hot pepper powder.
°1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
°1 teaspoon paprika.
°1 tablespoon of sauce.
°Salt & pepper

*Methods  :

1 Combine the milk and eggs in a bowl. Whisk until well blended.
2 In a zip-top bag, mix together the flour, cayenne pepper and garlic powder, paprika and 2 tablespoons salt and pepper.
Seal and shake to blend.
3 Putting chicken in bag & shake again.
4- Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture of milk, soy sauce and eggs, then fry them in hot oil.
5 Drain on paper towels.
6 Serve with a side dish of vegetables.
