Hawaiian-pineapple-cake !!!

*ingredients :

+For cake
°2 c flour
°1¾ c sugar
°2 tsp baking soda
°2 egg
°1 x 20 oz / 570 g canned crushed pineapple in its juice (do not filter the juice)
°1 c sweetened coconut flake
°1 c chopped walnut
°1 x 8 ounces / 225 g soft cream cheese
°1 cup / 1/2 cup / 115 g, softened unsalted butter
°c powdered sugar
°2 tsp vanilla
°a  salt
* Methods :

Preheat oven 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 Greased 9 * 13 inch (33 cm * 23 cm) baking tray and mix in flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, chopped pineapple, juice, coconut and walnuts.   In  bowl, use your hand, to well mixed.
Transfer the bread mixture to a greased skillet, bake for 45 minutes until fully cooked.) Cool completely in skillet, and use an electric mixer to place cream cheese in a medium bowl, stirring until creamy, then add butter, icing sugar, vanilla extract, and salt and blend until smooth. The mixture becomes smooth.  
Spread cream cheese over cake and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, cut into 24 servings and eat right away, or cover cake (no more pieces) and refrigerate before serving.
