*Directions :

Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add steak. Cooking undisturbed about 3 min. Gently flip skillet until browned on all sides, 7-8 minutes. Remove from fire and set aside

Seasoning shrimp with jerk & creole seasoning. Blend well. The color should start to turn red. Add butter to the skillet, then add the shrimp. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Add honey. Cook an extra minute. Removal. The shrimp will finish cooking in the last step

In the same pan, add sweet pepper. Cook for 3 minutes or until softened. Stir often so as not to burn. Add the steaks and shrimp back to the skillet. My heart blend.

Add broth/water and all remaining seasonings. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer to enhance the flavor. Serve over white or yellow rice. Sprinkle with green onions, black pepper and/or coriander.

Enjoy!!!
