°1 onion
  °1 carrot
  °A handful of chopped celery
  °2 cloves minced garlic
  °tablespoon butter
  °2.5 cups chicken broth
  °2 tablespoons flour
  °a cup of milk
  °2 small diced potatoes
  °4 cups broccoli florets, small cubes
  °1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  °1 tsp Parmesan cheese


Chop onions, carrots, celery and garlic in a food processor, melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat and add the chopped vegetables. Stir for 5 min

Add flour, salt and pepper, stir well, add broth, milk and potato cubes, bring to a boil and leave for 15 minutes.

Add broccoli sprouts and Parmesan cheese, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cheddar cheese, stir well, then remove from heat.
We take 2 c soup & grind them in  blender, putting them in saucepan.
