The Best Homemade Pancakes


°1/2 cup all-purpose flour
°3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°Quarter cup of sugar
°¼ cup full fat milk
° 1 egg
°3 tsp melted butter
°1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Melting margarine in microwave for 30 sec, put it away.

In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

Mix milk and eggs.

Make a hole in the focal point of the flour mixture.

Pour the vanilla and milk mixture into the well.

Take advantage of the rush to blend everything together until everything is included. It will be thick and somewhat uneven, but it should set in well.
Allow the mixture to rest while gently heating an oiled frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Pour the batter onto the iron, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Cook on each side for 3-6 minutes, until it turns soft caramel.
