*Ingredients
°4 ounces pecan halves
°24 wrap caramels, un-wrapped
°1 tsp shortening
°1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
* Methods :
Preheat oven 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Covering baking sheet with foil, shiny side up. Lightly grease the foil with a vegetable oil spray.
Placing 3 pecan halves in Y shape on foil. Placing 1 caramel candy in center of each Y. Bake until the caramel is melted, about 9 to 10 minutes.
Heat shortening and chocolate chips over low heat until chocolate is melted. Spread over the candies and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
