Mexican taco lasagna



* Ingredients :

°1 bag of lasagna
°2 bell pepper (1 red & 1 green)
°4 carrot
°800g cooked tomato sauce (for fajitas)
°50 g of grated cheese
°1 pinch of salt
°1 pinch of pepper
°1 beef stock cube
°1 pinch of tabasco and/or Mexican spices
°800g minced meat
°2 red onions
°1 bechamel sauce


STEP 1
Cook the carrots cut into slices in the water with the stock cube.
2ND STEP
Meanwhile, sauté the onions and the peppers cut into small pieces. Adding meat, cook for 5 min.
STEP 3
Add the carrots, once cooked, the fajitas sauce, salt, pepper, as well as the tabasco and/or Mexican spices according to your taste.
STEP 4
Prepare a béchamel.
STEP 5
In an ovenproof dish, alternate 2 times meat/sauce and lasagna. Finish with the bechamel, and finally, the grated cheese.
STEP 6
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6), and it's ready!
