SAUSAGE GREEN BEAN POTATO



I had a few Vitelotte potatoes left, I wanted a gourmet pan-fried but to make it a little more balanced, I added a few green beans (plus these are the only green vegetables that my son younger agrees to eat).  So here I am in the kitchen, I made it with my cookéo but you can use a wok.


* Ingredients :

°2 shallots
°1 clove of garlic
°1 tbsp olive oil
°650g potatoes
°500g green beans
°12 Strasbourg sausages
°20cl of vegetable broth
°2 tbsp sautéed apple mix Spices of the world
°salt pepper from the mill

* Preparation :

Put the cookéo in brown mode, peel and chop your shallots, press the garlic, place everything in the bowl with the olive oil then brown for about 1 minute, stirring.
Add the peeled potatoes, washed and cut into large cubes, let brown for 2 minutes, mix.
Cut the sausages in three, add them, mix again and brown for another 2 minutes. Add the washed and stemmed green beans, the broth, the sautéed apple mixture, the salt and the pepper, mix then switch to pressure mode for 8 minutes.
Serve immediately
